Our hot fryer oil filters are fully automatic and implement solids – liquids filtration, removing black particles, flour fines and impurities larger than 1 micron. The result: the breakdown of the oil is slowed or eliminated, allowing you to use it over and again, save money and extend the maintenance intervals on your fryers.
