Removing impurities from the hot oil gives you more control over production runs. This allows for products to be prepared any time of the week. The hot oil filter also gets rid of the dark spots in the oil so that you always have a supply of clean, healthy, golden-looking oil. Impurities from smoking or scorching are eliminated from the oil returning it to its virgin state. Orbit solid oil filters can be used for any type of oil.
The filter is fully automated, saving production costs. The only intervention is to remove the dirt oil filter roll and replace with a fresh filter oil. Crumbs, particles, and solids are automatically removed after they have been collected and dried. The oil is returned to the fryer or roaster and the extremely dry cake can be thrown away. The sediment cake is weighed prior to being removed by the operator. The filter roll usage is dependant on % of solids in the oil.
The position of the Orbit Filter relative to your fryer can be custom designed in any configuration, allowing you fewer limitations. The mobile app allows you the control to monitor the filter at your leisure. The filter logs the process parameters which are captured on the app for ease of use. You are able to monitor filter volume pumped per hour, as well as the dry cake remaining at the end of the process. To ensure operations are seamless, a warning notification will prompt the operator to change the filter roll, allowing the operator to remove and replace the dirty filter.
