Remote monitoring functionality

Orbit Filters are OTI enabled and provide useful efficiency and management features.

  • Discharged sediment weighing and real-time display and logging to monitor filtration efficiency and solid content in fryer oil.
  • Notify operator’s cell phone when filter is meant to be replaced, allowing operator to prepare and purchase new filers timeously.
  • Volume of oil filtered per hour is displayed and logged.
  • Logging of operating parameters.

A super fine filter used with hot or cold oil production, implementing solids – liquids filtrations and filtering black particles, flour fines, impurities and Free Fatty Acids to preserve the oil and extend its life, saving on production costs and extending the maintenance intervals on your fryer.
